Today I have two elegant handmade cards Bordering on Romance, which is a fitting description! This is one of my favorite new stamp sets in the 2012 Occasions Mini catalog. Look at the very different looks from this stamp set even when both are combined with the wonderful new Edgelits Dies, also from the Occasions Mini catalog.
Judi Anderson created this birthday card with the Adorning Accents Edgelits Die along the bottom of the card. She used the Whisper White Craft Stampin' Pad with three different stamps from the Bordering on Romance Stamp Set to create a soft background.

Amber Wilson made this Mother's Day Card with an entirely different look. She stamped the image on Pool Party card stock and water colored with Not Quite Navy Ink just in the center of the flowers. She then cut out the image and layered it on the oval frame from the Designer Frames Embossing Folder. The tiny pearls in the center of the flowers add the final touch.
Notice the pretty edging at the bottom. This also uses the new Adorning Accents Edgelits Die. There are two dies in the package: the one used on the top card and this one. Don't they give different looks? Together, they cost only $9.95 so that is a great deal!
