The lovely pansy? Its from the Pansy Petals Designer Series Paper – you can fussy cut it or use the Pansy Dies. (Bundle that with the coordinating stamp set and save 10% – the Pansy Patch Bundle.)
Start with a 6″ x 7″ piece of Designer Series Paper and a 3-1/2″ x 7-3/4″ piece of coordinating cardstock. (This is the Polished Pink cardstock.)
Score the cardstock along the long side @ 
Score the 6″ side of the Designer Series Paper @ 1/2″ and 3/4″.
Rotate your paper and score @ 3-1/8″ and 3-7/8″.
Add adhesive along the 1/2″ side and fold to attach to the opposite side.
Use a circle punch on each end to make it easy to slide a tea bag in.
Put adhesive along the back center and attach inside of the cover.
Wrap twine or ribbon around and tie a bow.
Layer a 3″ square of Designer Series Paper onto a 3-1/4″ square of Basic White and add that to the front of the wrap. Embellish.
