Handmade Christmas Cards with Toile Christmas!

This Red Cardinal from Toile Christmas makes beautiful Christmas cards. Of course, Sympathy Cards and any occasion cards for bird lovers also fit.

Here are three fun ways to add color to the cardinal. First, just stamp in Black Memento Ink on Real Red card stock – and the color is already there!!! How easy is that?

For the above card, the largest Stitched Oval was used with a piece of Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper behind to represent sky. The leaf branch is one of the dies in the Christmas Cardinal Dies. Purchase this as a Bundle with the Toile Christmas stamp set and same 10%!

The second card is one of my favorite ways to color – it is so easy and impressive at the same time. Just stamp the cardinal in Cherry Cobbler Ink and use a Blender Pen to move some of the color around. No other ink needed!

And the last card uses the Stampin’ Blends. The fence was made from the Come to Gather Designer Series Paper. Cutting some notches to the top of the fence and adding Snowball Accents Puff Paint for the snow completed the card.
