This rustic looking door makes me think of warm, cozy evenings around the fireplace.
I hung an autumn wreath on this door, but it could just as easily be a Christmas wreath or even a wreath of spring flowers.
The wreath itself is made with just two punches, the 1 3/4″ Scallop Circle and the 1″ Circle. It’s hung on the door with a tiny brad and a bit of linen thread.
The door is made with the Hardwood stamp. Stamp it once for the door itself, and then stamp it on another piece of paper so you can cut two strips for the cross bars.
On this second card, I have a larger wreath – made with the 2 3/8″ Scallop Circle and the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch.
Which size do you like better?
