So – how easy is it to make a kimono card?
(This card uses the Expressions in Ink Designer Series Paper.)

Step by Step Directions to make a kimono card.
- Score an 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ piece of Designer Series Paper at 2-1/8″ on each side. Fold toward the middle to make a gatefold card. (See a quick tip in the video below.)

2. With the fold lined up at the 2″ mark, cut 3/4″ in on each side.

3. Fold each side toward the middle.

4. Push in these side folds.

5. Make a collar by turning over corners at the top of the kimono. Use a 1″ x 6-1/2″ strip of the same paper to create the belly band and decorate.
