Today’s card was made for a Freshly Made Sketch 87 Challenge.
I used the Designer Rosettes Bigz L Die and the Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper to make this card. The words are from Banner Greetings.
This is the card sketch that inspired the card I made!
How-to Rosette Card Tutorial:
1. Attach a strip of dsp 1 1/2″ x 12″ and run it through the Designer Rosettes Bigz L Die.
2. Fold on all the score lines and attach at the end with sticky strip tape.
3. Cut a small circle out of the Jumbo Sticky Rounds to use to back the rosette with.
4. Fold in the rosette to attach on the sticky round.
5. Attach a coordinating color paper punched out with the 7/8″ Scallop Circle Punch and a Very Vintage Designer Button.
6. Make a second rosette using paper 1 1/4″ x 12″ so that it will be smaller than the first. Finish it the same way using a different Very Vintage Designer Button.
Aren’t those rosettes pretty? Both of these as well as the background paper on this card are all from the Gingham Garden Designer Series Paper. Midnight Muse and Pear Pizzazz are the colors used.
Don’t you love these new color combinations and new papers? Only a few more days until you can order them!
