Did you ever play “hide the button” when you were a kid? As I was thinking about this, I decided to teach that to my grandkids. (Its a low tech as a game can be!) My grandmother also had a button jar … and now I have one too.

This shaker card is easy to make. Cut out the larger jar with with Everyday Jars Framelits. Then add the window sheet to the opening, add the Foam Adhesive Strip (which wraps around the jar very easily!) and add the buttons. Attach to the back and assemble the card!

I used the larger buttons to determine the color of my card and then added an assortment of smaller buttons inside. Here are three of the colors I have done so far:

Why are three card kits for you to make and two completed cards?

I can’t send pre-stamped images and I don’t want to require you to purchase this set if its not on your list … so the three card kits include all of the pieces, including Framelit Shapes like above, but don’t require any stamping … and the two completed cards do used the stamped images. Of course, all include a PDF with step by step instructions which can be used with many other stamp sets as well.
