Do you ever make the words on your handmade card curve like on this Acorny Thanks card? That is one advantage of using photopolymer stamps.
For this card, I had popped the acorn up on a 2″ circle.
I wanted the words to match the curve of the circle, so I chose “thankful for you” from the Sheltering Tree stamp set.
Since that is a photopolymer set, I could easily curve the words.
The acorn itself is made with the Gold Glimmer Paper and some Soft Suede Card Stock and layered on gold paper from the Neutrals Color Collection.
Because the acorn was already so glittery, I decided to add a little more with the Gold Sequins. Isn’t “glittery” the first word that comes to your mind when you think “acorns”?

Now, what stamps will you put on a curve? How about some “spooky” shaky trees for Halloween? Have fun with this technique.
