What does the fox say in this handmade card?
Have you had any trouble getting that song out of your mind?
Its perfect for this cute little fox though!
This fox says “happy birthday!”
Of course, on your card, he could say anything you want!
The technique I used on this card is called “paper piecing”. I stamped the images on the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper and then cut them out and layered them.
Paper Piecing Technique with the Life in the Forest Stamp Set:
Supplies:
Life in the Forest stamp set ($20.95 wood, $15.95 clear)
Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper
Baked Brown Sugar, Coastal Cabana, So Saffron Card Stock
Countless Sayings 2 Photopolymer stamp set
Isn’t this a cute stamp set? Stay tuned for many more cards highlighting the new Occasions catalog!
So cute! My daughter LOVES foxes. We just did a fox-themed toddler bed for her. http://farmfreshfamily.wordpress.com/2014/02/15/clares-fox-y-big-girl-bed-making-the-transition-from-crib-to-toddler-bed/
