So … who do you know who loves to color?
I’m sure you can think of several since this activity has swept the world! Here is a perfect gift to make for those friends – a set of cards to color (using the Paisleys & Posies stamp set) wrapped up in a lovely Card Folder. Add some Stampin’ Write Markers and the gift is complete!
For the cards, I used the Note Cards & Envelopes so there isn’t even any cutting or scoring involved! I stamped up the cards using the Paisleys & Posies stamp set – there would be no end to the variety of patterns you could make with just this set!
Now, for the Card Folder Cover.
Look how easy this is! It needs no adhesive!
Just cut 1/2″ off the length and width of a regular sheet of card stock.
Score in half at 5 1/4″, turn and score at 2″. Cut the bottom corners as the photo shows and fold up.
Close the folder and punch a hole on both sides – close to the edge. The size of the hole will depend on how wide the ribbon is.
Add the ribbon like this. (Note that the ribbon holds the cards in – how easy is that?)
Just add markers and your gift is complete!

This idea would work with many different stamp sets. I have used Birthday Blooms for a set of cards for my 91 year old mom to color. Wouldn’t a dog or cat lover appreciate a set of cards using the Bella & Friends or the Pretty Kitty stamp sets?

My husband and I just discovered adult coloring! I hope you know you’ve created a monster. Everyone will get one these. Can you think of a more personal Thank you gift than this?
