If you like to surprise and delight with your cards – try these! For Halloween …
Which opens like this:
and for Christmas …
which opens like this: (notice the cookie gets eaten!)
For Halloween, I used the Cookie Cutter Halloween stamp set, the Cookie Cutter Builder Punch and the Halloween Night Specialty Designer Series Paper. For Christmas, its the Cookie Cutter Christmas Bundle (which includes the Cookie Punch) and the Candy Cane Lane Designer Series Paper.
Just think of all the different occasions and stamp sets you can use with this.
Did you know …
I am making one of these cards for everyone
who places a minimum $40 order in my online store this month? Its part of my FREE Card Kits class which is sent out in the mail. Two of the cards comes completed (like this one) and three are card kits. All will use this bundle, but you can easily substitute a different stamp set if you like! Please use host code BV3DKYVC (unless your order is $150 and you are your own host)
Of course, I also include PDFs for each of these.
Today I wanted to share with you how those PDFs work, so if you would like to download it, just click here!
Now on to True Confessions of an On Film Stamper
Yesterday, I shared how to make this card on my weekly Facebook Live … and I left out one step!!!
The card worked just fine without that step – but its much easier when you remember to include it!
So … if you want to watch it here it is. Download the PDF too and look for the step I missed! That way, I know you will never forget it! (Maybe that was my plan all along? No … just trying to make the best of it!)
If it hadn’t worked out without that step, I would have been forced to start over – and that would have been good. Although, this is fine too because it shows that you don’t have to do things perfectly to have them turn out.
I often call myself “the casual stamper”.
I knew that couldn’t be my website name because it sounds like I don’t care enough about the finished product.
Really, it means we don’t need to take ourselves too seriously when we are creating. Its meant to be fun and casual (like a good conversation with a friend – while stamping). Mistakes are an opportunity to learn what didn’t work. And what we make is fun to share – brighten someone’s day with your handmade card!

Karen – tried making this card after watching your video (had to watch twice!) and hallelujah, mine turned out okay!!! Love these special fold cards — tried the other explosion one, too (taco, taco, hot dog) and it came out okay. Love it, love it, love it!!!
Page 5, fold down the part that sticks out, to the center fold line…..burnish with bone folder….I love this card!!
Thanks so much Tammy!
I am so glad you shared your experience with this, Norma! Thanks so much
