Its March! We are ready for spring rains, no more snow! Here is what I’m talking about:
This bright and welcoming sun is made with the 2 1/2″ Circle Punch, surrounded with rays made with the Banner Blast stamp set and the Banner Punch.
The words, from the See Ya Later stamp set are favorites of mine. When we adopted our youngest at the age of two, she didn’t leave my arms for days and I often sang her the song “Your are my Sunshine”.
Now, I look at my two 2-year old grandsons and I think about how traumatic it must be to have your entire world, and all of the people in it, change in one moment of time at that age! We have been so blessed to have her in our lives, and I think music is one of God’s gifts to create bonds between people of all ages and relationships!
But…back to the card. For the look of rain, I scored the card with the Diagonal Score Board and added the raindrops with Crystal Effects. How’s that for a quick stamping tip? Here’s a video for that…
Just a Minute! Raindrops are Falling on My Cards!
So, let’s bring on the rain with See Ya Later and the Banner Punch!
This is so cute!
