Ready for some cute, yet quick and easy cards today? I bought the Birthday Bash Washi Sheets and never got around to playing with them until today. (Can you relate?)
First, I used them with the Flower Fair Thinlits Dies.
The colors in the sheets are Bermuda Bay, Calypso Coral, Crushed Curry, and Basic Gray.
The overall look is very soft, even when paired with solid card stock in the same colors.
I used the Stylish Stripes and the Dotted embossing folders to coordinate with the patterns in the flowers.
Another flower card, slightly different.
All four cards I am sharing use sentiments from the A Dozen Thoughts stamp set.
(It will cover a dozen occasions – imagine that!)
The background paper on this card is from the Birthday Bash DSP, so, of course, it coordinates nicely!
Next, check out the balloon Framelits Dies.
I love how the balloons overlap and you can see some of the color of the other balloons coming through.
How quick would this be to do for birthday cards?
Even a basic shape like circles with the Circles Collection Framelits are beautiful!
The only other accessory I used on these four cards is the Candy Dots!
Do you want to see how quick and easy this is?
Here is a video tutorial for you:

These cards are beautiful. I think you did a beautiful job making them. Coming from It’s A Party link party
These are so great! They would be awesome to have a stash of with nothing written on the front. Then you can choose the occasion. Very cool, and yours look lovely 😀

This is so very cool. I love washi tape and have been using it on just about anything I can. I didn’t know about washi sheets. I love the cards idea, since I like making my own too. You gave me some great ideas here. Linking from Pieced Pastimes party.
So cute! I have washi tape, but didn’t know that there were washi sheets. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
