This dramatic black and white (well….vanilla, actually) card uses the Tea Party stamp set with the Modern Medley Designer Series Paper.
The other items used were the Ovals Collection Framelits, the Fancy Fan folder, and the Very Vintage Designer Buttons. For the same card in a softer look, scroll on down….

Here is the same card but switching the colors to Crushed Curry and Coastal Cabana and the papers to the Afternoon Picnic Designer Series Papers.
Notice how I used the Ovals. I made two and cut the Coastal Cabana one in half and layered it on the other so each half would contrast with the base layer.
