Since Karen is recovering this month, I had to do the local Fine Line meeting on my own! Here is what I had to do:
Take registrations
Order the pizzas 
Serve the pizza
Organize the make ‘n takes
Lead discussions at the table (look at how engaged my listeners are)
Drawings for prizes
Count all the votes and announce the winners for the top 3 cards
..and, throughout the event, make several calls to Karen for where to find something, what to do next, when the next meeting was……and so on.
In spite of plenty of ribbing by the Fine Line demonstrators, a good time was had by all!
