I’m back at work cooking for and serving Karen’s stampers! Just making my contribution and hoping for another trip next year!
The apple tree in our backyard is producing a bumper crop this year!
And, of course, I always use my mom’s recipe for Apple Crisp:
9×13 pan
1 cup sugar with some flour
dot with butter
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup flour
chop and put over top
Bake at 350.
Top with ice cream while still warm!
