‘Tis the season to get your long red underwear out in Minnesota!
(if only I could look as cute as this adorable moose from the Visions of Santa stamp set)
Today’s card is brought to you by Mojo Monday 372!
Paper Pieced Moose Card Tutorial:
Stamp the moose on a 2 1/2″ punched out circle and again on Santa & Co. DSP.
Cut out the long underwear out of the DSP.
Color the moose with Crumbcake and Baked Brown Sugar.
Add the long underwear.
Layer the moose on one of the Starburst Framelits.
Layer that on a piece of 3 1/2″ x 3″ of Baked Brown Sugar card stock.
Add free hand white lines along the edge of the Baked Brown Sugar to coordinate with the lines on the long underwear.
With the Santa & Co Washi Tape, lay down three strips along a 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Whisper White card stock.
Layer that on a base card of Real Red.
Assemble all the pieces, add the stamp “’tis the season to be fancy”, and there you have it: a cute and funny Holiday card for that special person who is going to get a good chuckle out of it!!!!
Let’s start this coming Holiday Season with a little laughter! … and, by the way, you will see this moose again when I send you the next two projects from my 12 Weeks of Christmas this week. Be sure you have opted in to get those. (on the top right hand side of this page)
This totally made me giggle. Great card!
