These umbrellas, both from Rain or Shine and from the Sunshine & Sprinkles DSP, are just so cheery.
Sponging Technique with the Cloudy Folder

Do you see those white clouds in the blue sky? (Because the rain has just stopped, you know! The umbrellas are just drying out!)
To get that look, the Marina Mist card stock was put through the Cloudy Day Folder and then the clouds were sponged with the Whisper White Ink using a sponge dauber. You don't need to stay in the lines – its just to give that soft, pretty look of a lovely spring day!
You can watch the video below to see this card being made.
….and, yes, I did cut out all those umbrellas! Cutting is one of those things I save for doing while I watch TV at night with Tim. I did it because I thought it made a fun look coordinating with all of those umbrellas in that Sunshine & Sprinkles Designer Series Paper. If you don't want to do so much cutting, here is another version:

On both cards, the umbrella handle was stamped directly on the paper and the umbrella top was stamped, cut out, and popped up.

Wouldn't Rain or Shine be good for Bridal or Baby Shower cards or invitations? I think it would make great Get Well cards too.
And yes, Rain or Shine, I like You Fine!
