Anna is busy packaging Card Kits for a Craft Show we are doing tomorrow (October 24) in Richfield, MN.
She will have her own table and she is donating all of her proceeds to an organization of the church’s choosing. (The Craft Sale is at the Richfield United Methodist Church in Richfield, MN. If you are in MN, stop by and meet Anna.)
Each of her card kits contains everything you need to make three cards (including envelopes) except for the adhesive. They make great gifts as well!
Here are some of the Card Kits she will have available tomorrow.
Anna is a 27 year old young women with Downs Syndrome. She was looking for work that would be creative and have lots of variety, and that is why I came up with this idea.
If you make cards, you know how many steps are involved in creating all of the pieces! Anna uses the paper cutter, punches, and everything involving the Big Shot. Then she collates all of the separate pieces and packages them in sets of three. Finally, she adds a photo of the finished card along with her business card and seals up the package. All of that involves lots of problem solving and variety!
Anna is a delight to work with and she also loves to meet people so Craft Fairs are a great fit for selling for her. She also sells online and I will give information about that next week.
Buying Anna’s Card Kits is truly a Win/Win deal! You are supporting Anna in her business who is in turn supporting charity causes … all while getting three beautiful cards!
