Do you decorate the inside of your cards … or are you guilty of spending all your time creating a lovely card front and neglecting the inside? (That would be me – but I’m out to change that!)
Check out this easy way of decorating the front of your card and the inside at the very same time!!!
The Les Shoppes Designer Series Paper gets all the credit for this card. What crafter doesn’t like an art store? This sentiment from the Crafting with You stamp set is a perfect fit for the art store too.
This art store as well as a book store and lots of other shops like this bakery are all included in those paper.
A little fussy cutting and you can make an entire stack of cards for different occasions.
Using the same simple card layout but with an entirely different look is this card made with the Earthen Elegance Designer Series Paper and the Earthen Textures stamp set and dies.
This is all you need to make these cards.
Cut the piece of Designer Series Paper at a diagonal and attach one piece toward the top one of the white pieces of cardstock and the other to the bottom of the second piece. The cut can be anywhere you put it – how easy is that?
Finish the front with any accent of your choice. This card was made with the Little Dreamers Stamp Set & Dies and the Stargazing Designer Series Paper.
Add your sentiment to the card inside.
So far we have shown cards using fussy cut images and dies.
This card uses a punch with the Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper. How sweet is this bear reading a book?
The inside (from the Kindest Expression stamp set) says “Oh happy day”. A happy day to me would be having time to read a book. I’m sure you know someone that would feel the same! This would be a great card to include a gift card from a favorite book store!
Another card using the same Zoo Crew Designer Series Paper is this cute alligator on a bike.
