Enjoy this fun way of making two different styles of cards from one piece of 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper. The Square Snippets Designer Series Paper is perfect for these cards because it has built in 3″ squares, each different.
For the first layout, cut your DSP into 3″ x 9″. We will make an accordion fold piece for an accent.
The fold closes perfectly so it’s easy to mail.
Here’s the template for the first layout.
- Score the 3” x 9” DSP piece at 3” and 6” and accordion fold. Adhere the back of the last panel onto the 3-1/4” x 3-1/4” card stock piece.
- Adhere on the 4” x 5-1/4” cardstock piece then onto the card base.
- Decorate and embellish as desired.
When you cut your 12 x 12 paper into 3″ x 9″ to use for the first layout, you’ll be left with 3″ x 3″ squares – and those are perfect for this second layout!
Here’s a closer look to the cards – all using the Square Snippets Designer Series Paper!
