The Perfectly Preserved stamp set is one of my favorites from the Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalog. Today's card is all about Perfectly Preserved apples for fall! It is the season for picking apples at the apple farms and making pies, crisps, butter, sauce and all things apple. It makes me hungry just thinking about all of those options, whether fresh or Perfectly Preserved.

This is a very quick and easy card idea. The contrasting colors make it pop. For this card I used the Cherry Cobbler and Lucky Limeade colors and the 1 3/8" Circle Punch and the 1 3/4" Circle Punch. Three 1 3/4" circles just fit the width of the card and the two contrasting color circles fit right under and between them.
The apples are from the Perfectly Preserved stamp set and they are cut out with the Cannery Set Framelits Die. You can purchase the two together as the Perfectly Preserved Bundle and save 15%. You will want both of them!
The words "thinking of you" come from the Sweet Essentials stamp set. I like the styling of the words in this set of eight stamps covering many different occasions including weddings and babies. The "make a wish" words on the birthday card below are from this same set.
There is a stamping video tutorial below, but first I want to show you another card made with the exact same template, just switching up the colors to Pool Party and Calypso Coral:
Wouldn't this be fun birthday card for a girl with a winter birthday who likes to skate? I think there are lots of them, especially here in Minnesota. The Winter Wonderland stamp set is a set of six stamps that capture the winter activities of ice skating, snow tubing, making snow angels, and sharing hot chocolate. Doesn't that bring back memories? Share them again with this set. It also contains a cute stamp with ducks wearing boots and another stamp with snowflakes to complete the winter look.
Kids would love working with this set too. I'm sure you can think of lots of stamp sets that you already own that would look great using this card template!
Here is the video if you like to watch cards being made:
Are you inspired to try out this quick and easy card? I've shown card ideas for autumn and winter, but it fits every season and every occasion.
