With the Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper on sale this month, here is a quick & easy gift idea to make with it!
This card holder needs no adhesive, no fancy tools – just score, cut and fold!
Want to see how to make that? There is a video at the end of this post.
Cut & Flip Cards
Now, let’s fill them up fast with these quick & easy cards!
I call these Cut & Flip Cards because that is just what you do!
Cut the Designer Series Paper into 5″ x 4″, cut off 1″ on the long end and flip it over. Attach it to the card – there will be a little overlap which looks good since it accents the change of paper.
With one sheet of Designer Series Paper, you will get six 5″ x 4″ pieces, leaving a 2″ strip at the end for other projects. Since you get two of each of the papers in the set, you can make twelve of each of the cards above!
(The other papers are used for the front of the card holder – the apples used above and the pears)
*** That means you can make 12 Card Folders, each with 4 cards from one set of Designer Series Paper!
This one uses the Fruit Stand DSP, but the others will work just as well so …
Stock up on the Designer Series Paper now while its on sale!
I missed when this was posted and was looking forward to seeing it! I found it today and I plan to make several. I feel that friends would enjoy receiving this because I know I would! That’s the best way to pick a gift, I think…don’t you?
I love your comment, Cathy! Thank you so much
