Spotlight on Gently Falling Leaves

Gently Falling Leaves is my favorite stamp set of the season. We are having a perfect autumn in Minnesota. The leaves are beautiful and temperatures have been in the seventies for many days in a row. The outdoor cafes are still busy, and thats not usually the case for October!

This card shows the dramatic, but easy, technique of highlighting parts of the card with sponging. Punch a 1 1/4 inch circle out of paper and, with the paper on top of the card, sponge through the opening. As you move the paper around, you will also lightly attach the cut-out circle over the already sponged image. .
