You've Got This with a Coloring Technique!

Do you find yourself trying to fill in all the empty spaces and not go outside the lines when you color? (Does grade school Art Class come to mind?)

This is a fun coloring technique to try.

With your marker, just outline the insides of the image!

(I used the You’ve Got This stamp set with Watermelon Wonder Card Stock and Ink.)

Isn’t that a fun and different look?

Now .. how about doodling?

Some of us (me included) have doodled all of our lives – in the margins of textbooks, on the church bulletins, in our notebooks … wherever there was blank space!

Who knew that this “mindless” activity would come into its own as an art form?

… and if you are not a doodler, this is the time to loosen up and try it! The beauty of it is that it doesn’t need to be exact.

Try edging your card the way I did or any other pattern you can think of.

Pretend you are five years old and just play!
