You can easily make 80 cards with one pack of Designer Series Paper with this Stack, Slice & Select Method.
Here are a few of the cards:
This gorgeous paper is the Wonderful World Designer Series Paper which is only available as a free Saleabration choice!
One year ago I shared this template with a different pack of paper. Each sheet make 8 cards. See that post here: https://karentitus.com/easiest-one-sheet-wonder-for-12-x-12-paper/
Today we are using the same template but adding the Stack, Slice & Select Method!
What is that? It means you are Stacking several sheet of Designer Series Paper together, Slicing them using this template and then laying them out and Selecting which pieces you want to combine with each card! You will love the variety you get.
There are five different card layouts we will be using. We will look at the cards first, then the template.
How stunning are these cards that just use one 3″ x 4″ piece of the Designer Series Paper? Each of these is attached to a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of coordinating cardstock, then a 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ piece of white before adding it to the card front.
I used the entire pack of Wonderful World Designer Series Paper except for one of the sheets of large flowers that I fussy cut and one sheet of the small flowers that I punched out. Don’t these make beautiful accents for the cards?
So many papers include great images to fussy cut, but you can stamp images instead. Just choose your paper and go with it!
The Postage Stamp Punch was used for these cards. Add four of them to a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of colored cardstock and then layer that on a 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ of white. then on to the card front. (If you don’t have a Postage Stamp Punch, cut your paper about 1-1/4″ x 2″.)
The flowers use the 1-1/2″ Circle Punch and the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch.
These cards use the 1-3/4″ x 5-1/4″ strips along with the 4″ x 3″ pieces. The 4″ x 3″ pieces of patterned paper are attached to a coordinating 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of coordinating cardstock.
The front of the base card is cut off 2″ from the fold so you see the white from the inside of the card. Be sure to attach the 4″ x 3″ pieces only at the top so your card will open.
For these cards, it doesn’t matter if your paper is directional because you can make each of these a vertical card or a horizontal card.
Add one of the 1-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ strips of Designer Series Paper down the side of the card base before adding the 3″ x 4″ pieces (which, as with all of these cards, have been layered on a 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ piece of coordinating cardstock).
Using two of the larger pieces of Designer Series Paper creates this look.
What do you need?
First, gather your materials. Choose a variety of card bases that coordinate with the patterned paper. Cut a variety of those colors into 3-1/4″ x 4-1/4″ pieces. Add a stack of 3-1/2″ x 4-1/2″ pieces of white cardstock and your are ready.
A fun thing about this One Sheet Wonder Template is that they all use these same sizes of cardstock so. you are ready to create.
Here is the template. You can use this on one sheet of 12 x 12 patterned paper or do a bunch of coordinating papers at one time.
First, cut all of the long strips.
Then cut those strips to match the template. The 2″ strip is for the Postage Stamp Punch.
Now, have fun creating – and come share what you make over in the Back Porch Stampers!!!

These layouts are terrific! Thanks for giving us yet another great way to use our pretty papers. I made a number of cards last night using these layouts but needed to send them off before I could take a picture of them.
