If you make a bunch, Christmas card batching is the way to go! You will love this easy way of using your 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper to make a stack of cards.
Did you notice the fun faux ribbon made out of Designer Series Paper?
These cards are all made with the Joy of Christmas 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper along with Shaded Spruce and Cherry Cobbler card stock. The one above has an extra layer. (Directions for that will be below.)
The video below shows how I made 12 cards using just three sheets of 12″ x 12″ paper from that paper pack.
1.Layer two 12 x 12 pieces of designer series paper and cut them together. Each of the 6 pieces measures 4” x 5-1/4”.2. Cut one 12 x 12 paper for the second pattern. You’ll have 12 2” x 5-1/4” pieces.Assemble your card.
To add an extra layer under the front panel, add a 2-1/4″ x 5-1/4″ inch of cardstock.
The sentiment (from the Christmas Classics Bundle) is stamped on Basic White cardstock and punched out with the Modern Oval Punch.
Cut a 1/2″ x 4″ strip of Designer Series Paper to make the faux ribbon. Tear that in half and add to the back side of the punched piece like this.
Add Stampin’ Dimensionals and attach to the card front.
Add Iridescent Jewels.
