If you are a fan of Stampin' Up! punches like I am, you will love this new Blossom Punch! It coordinates with the new stamp set Mixed Bunch. I have posted three beautiful cards here so you can see the Blossom Punch makes a Mixed Bunch of creative cards! These are some of the card swaps from the last Fine Line meeting.
card by Barb Barth
The Mixed Bunch stamp set has three large flowers which fit the Blossom Punch and three smaller circle designs. This card by Barb Barth shows the most ornate flower. She has punched out an additional blossom on solid card stock, and by cutting each of the petals at the base and attaching each to one of the white petals, she has created a stunning flower design. The Scallop Trim Border Punch adds to the ornate feel of the card.
card by Colleen Rose
This shows another of the large flower stamps in the set. I love the simplicity of this card and the choice of colors. Green is a different, but striking, color to use as a layer under a pink flower. Colleen used the ribbons from the Sale-a-bration Everyday Enchantment Ribbons & Brads and they fit the simple lines of the entire card.
card by Cathy Seal
Notice that Cathy used the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder for the flower itself while Barb (the first card on this post) used the same folder for the background of her card. Isn't it fun how versatile these products are and how easy it is to change the feel of an entire card? Cathy used just the punch to make this flower. The Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border Punch echoes the polka dots on the flower.
