Since this is a travel day for me, and I have been thinking about my 17 years as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator as I travel to the annual Leadership Conference,
I am Feeling Sentimental!
Isn't there a song about taking a "sentimental journey"? That's what this feels like to me….and I have loved all 17 years! These two "travel cards" evoke that feeling……although the plane I'm taking is much quicker!
This stamp is part of the Feeling Sentimental stamp set and it is one of the FREE choices for Sale-a-bration!
The other two stamps are of a ferris wheel, and an antique phone booth! Do those bring back any memories for you? While I certainly don't go back to this era of phone booth, I do remember phone booths – and now you don't find any of them anymore! Isn't it amazing how quickly cell phones have taken over?
Back to the stamp set. I love the "sketching" style of this set and the images are pretty stamped in any color. On the above monochromatic card, Its stamped in Rich Razzleberry and is accented with the Designer Series Paper Stacks. The only other embellishments are the two different sizes of rhinestones on the bike wheels. This is definitely a quick and easy card to make!
On this second card, the bike is stamped in Night of Navy and is layered on a Cherry Cobbler Pennant (which has been trimmed to fit the front of the card) which, in turn, is layered on a piece of Crumb Cake Card Stock which has been put through the Chevron Embossing Folder. That folder gives a nice look for masculine cards.
For both cards, I used the 3" Circle Die with the Big Shot. I like the way the circle complements the bike wheels.
Just think of all the occasions you could use this Feeling Sentimental stamp set for!

I really like the first card, especially the way you have placed the circle over the two different but separated papers, very effective. And great choice of colour. Thank you.
