What are you scrapbooking this year? Even if you aren’t a big scrapbooker, I would encourage you to look at just a few events in your life that would be fun to capture. The beauty of scrapbooking, in my opinion, is the power of the story and the picture told together.
I made this scrap book for my daughter a few months ago while she was expecting her first child. I wanted to capture a bit of her childhood in a book that her children could pull off the shelf and read. My Digital Studio was perfect for this!
There are a few random pages from that book. I used white as a background to keep the book uniform because that let me do very different things on each spread. You can see that I didn’t embellish pages a lot, but I love the look I could get using a variety of SU! accessories including the designer series papers, ribbons, stamps, punches, buttons, etc.
The is my first completed project using My Digital Studio and I did it in two days. (I didn’t get much of anything else done those two days!) I wanted it completed for her baby shower and I certainly work best with deadlines. Can you relate to that?
I watched the “how-to” videos on www.mydigitalstudio.net and just followed the instructions. If I can do it, anyone can!
(By the way, the stampin up logo is on the pages for display on this bog – they aren’t actually on the pages in the book!)

Today is the last day you can get some FREE downloads from that site. If you purchase My Digital Studio from me, be sure to let me know if you have any questions that I can help you with.
So again…….what are you thinking about scrapbooking this year?
