The ruffle on the dress and around the circle is from the Pop-Up Posies Designer Kit. With that kit, you get nine paper tags and lots and lots of flowers. I had plenty of those left over and was looking for some fun new ways to use them other than as flowers.

How adorable! Good idea of using the little cupcake liner. The $rama had some nice ones and I’ll use them to decorate larger circles on my cards.
