Since Karen was not at the booth for the Rubber Stamp Event, I passed out invitations to come to our home for Salads with Tim and Stamping with Karen. This is what I served:
I forgot to take a picture until the end of the event – thats why it looks like I didn’t make very much! (Really…..I did!)

We had three separate times (and different days) for lunch and a good time was had by all!
2 (8 1/2 oz) pkg broccoli coleslaw mix
2 (3 oz) pkg beef-flavored ramen noodles
1 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 bunch green onion
1/2 cup sugar, 3/4 cup oil, and 1/3 cup white vinegar
1. Crush noodles before opening. Place on large serving bowl. Add broccoli slaw, almonds, sunflower seeds and green onions.
2. In separate bowl, combine the other ingredients along with the flavor packets. Add to slaw. Cover and chill.
16 oz spiral pasta
1 lb ground beef
3/4 cup water
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans sliced ripe olives, drained
1 green pepper, 1 onion, 1 tomato, all chopped
16 oz Western salad dressing
1. Cook pasta. Cook beef in a skillet and add water and taco seasoning. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes.
2. Mix everything together. Cover and chill for an hour.
