In 1963 I saw my first twins game at the old Met Stadium. We got beat by the Yankees.
Fifty years later, my grandson Harmon (Hank) saw his first Twins game at the new Target Field. Again, it was the Yankees and again, they beat us!
My grandson is named after Harmon Killebrew, Minnesota Twins Legend. (This statue honors him.)
My son and daughter-in-law were given tickets located in the Legends section of the stadium for last night’s game. It has its own private dining area where Hank enjoyed eating brats, sauerkraut, onions, red peppers and a little fruit for dessert.
