Do you want to see the simplest way to add washi tape to your plain white card?

On this first card, I stamped the pretty flowers from the Morning Meadow stamp set and then added the strip of Gingham Garden Designer Washi Tape.
You can stamp directly on your washi tape if you use permanent ink. I stamped these words from the same stamp set with StazOn.……and the best part? If you don’t get those words on straight enough to suit you, you just carefully lift off the tape and put down on new one! How easy is that?
Do you love this You’re My Hero stamp set as much as I do? This set is great for making kids birthday cards. In addition to the ambulance, it has a police car, a firetruck, and two more word choices: “happy birthday” and “weeeooo-weeeooo”!
I also think it would be great for kids to use to make special thank yous for those heroes in their lives, especially when a firefighter or EMT or police officer speaks to their class or gives them a tour. Or perhaps an ambulance took a friend or relative to the hospital. Let’s teach our kids to take the time to send a thank you…..and won’t they love tearing off tape and making a frame like this (or creating their own look with it)?
