For versatility, the Work of Art stamp set can’t be beat! Just look at the three totally different looks I am showing today using it.
I love the popular look right now of white on white. For this fun card I took different sizes of Whisper White card stock and layered them in a twisting pattern. Each is popped up with dimensionals. I used the new ink colors of Lost Lagoon. Tangelo Twist, and Hello Honey, added a few rhinestones and the Gold Metallic Baker’s Twine.
Its can’t get much quicker than that! Of course you could do a similar card with different colors, or with different stamps in the Work of Art set and get a totally different look!
And now let’s sail the aqua seas of the Caribbean! Helen Ostercamp shared this idea of making a boat out of this stamp set and I loved it! Wouldn’t it make a cute kid’s card – or for anyone who loves to sail?
Notice how the Chevron Folder goes across half of the base card to reflect the waves made by one the of the stamps in the Work of Art set. Actually, this card uses three of the stamps in that set, all different from the ones used in the first card. The set includes eleven stamps!
The colors I used here are Tangelo Twist, Baked Brown Sugar, and Coastal Cabana.
Now, let’s think patriotic for 4th of July, or birth-day…even Valen-tine’s cards!
For this card, I used the colors Real Red and Night of Navy and added Maritime Designer Series Paper.
The angled piece of Whisper White changes up the look too.
I hope I have convinced you of the versatility of this set!!!! I have a video below which shows how to make all three of these cards. Its much longer than my usual videos because I was doing it as part of a class so settle in with a cup of coffee or tea!!!
