This month was our 43rd anniversary and I knew I wanted to make a special card for Tim. The Colorful Season Bundle with the adirondack chair was perfect, since our favorite thing is to sit outside with a cup of tea or coffee and a good book. Of course, a beautiful lake just adds to the pleasure!
We will be in Thailand soon for the Stampin’ Up! Incentive Trip – and I am hoping to do a lot of this when we are there!
The phrase “side by side” is from the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set. Doesn’t that just fit with the two chairs?
The inside of the card uses a card from the Color Theory Card Pack:
The background paper (with the Embossing Paste clouds) is from the Naturally Eclectic Designer Series Paper.

This is a section of our newspaper which inspired me!
Notice that the background is the same paper as the first card, but this time it is turned upside down so the light part is the water and the dark part is the night sky!
I used the Wood Textures Paper Stack to make the chairs and the dock – and for the lantern, I used a framelit from the Coffee Cups Framelits.
