My friend Karly, who lives in Thailand, has a thriving card business in which half of all proceeds are donated to help women escape prostitution.
She comes back to Minnesota with her husband and twins (now 2 years old) for a few weeks each summer to visit family and friends.
And, of course, while she is here, she stocks up on supplies! She gets first dibs and a discount on my retired items – and she has her own system of organizing what she is considering!!! Cathy Aust, her mother-in-law and my good friend, had a great time watching her!
Here are 200 cards she has boxed up to send to the WAR (women at risk) shop in Pennsylvania.
What a blessing these cards will be – to the buyer, to the ones who receive them, and to the women helped by this organization. All of these were made by Karly, of Karly’s Cards.
