Use this easy pocket card template for greeting cards or to add a little gift such as a gift card, seed packet or candy! After all, who doesn’t like a little surprise?
For those coffee loving friends – the A Little Latte Designer Series Paper is the perfect fit. The coffee cup is fussy cut from the paper!
Each of these has something different tucked inside.
And – no surprise – there is a coffee shop gift card inside!
Using the Country Lace Designer Series Paper along with the Butterfly Accents makes a lovely card in blue.
It’s perfect for those tea lovers! This would be a great pocket card for a spa coupon or for a tea luncheon with friends or even a get well card.
Wouldn’t this make a lovely Mother’s Day card? The flower is fussy cut from the same Flowering Zinnias Designer Series Paper that is used on the rest of the card.
You can never go wrong with a bit of sweetness inside! Or better yet, how about a packet of Zinnia flower seed for those gardeners in your life?
The best gift idea of all? In my opinion, writing a personal message about a shared experience you have had or what specific thing they have done that has made a big difference in your life tops it all. This will be treasured forever!
How to make this easy pocket card
Supplies:
1.Score the base card at 1″ and 5-1/2″ and fold.
2. Layer the 4″ square piece of DSP on the card front.
3. Add adhesive to the narrow fold and press down. This creates the pocket.
4. Attach the 1″ x 4″ piece of DSP to the top of the 4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of white cardstock.
5. Use any punch such as a circle punch of the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch which was used here to show that the card pulls out.
6. Wrap the long narrow strip around the card over the fold and attach in the back.

Hi Karen thank you so much for my extra card! I loved the edging on it! It was from the ‘Darling Details’ dies but when I went to order it said no results! Has it been removed! (161370)

It is retired – sorry! I might still have it if you are interested.
