Three quick & easy ways to package your gifts!
The Bag Bib … or Bag Topper
Whether you are going for elegant …
Or Traditional …
these Bag Bibs are easy to make! (Bonus: if you forgot to get tissue paper, no one will ever know!)
I made these 25 years ago – and still make them today!
I used an 8 1/2″ x 8″ piece of Designer Series paper, but you will adjust according to the size of your bag. Score in half and fold. Using the Classic Label Punch, punch just along the center part of the DSP – barely putting the punch into the paper. Repeat until you have the right length to fit over the bag.
Now – the fun part – decorating! For the elegant bag, I used the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series Paper, Foil Snowflakes, Tinsel Trim, Faceted Gems, and the Mini Ornaments.
For the Traditional bag, I used the Christmas Around the World Designer Series Paper with the Real Red 1/8″ Ribbon, the Green Sprigs, the Stitched Felt Ornaments, and words from the Watercolor Christmas stamp set. (The snow of the Green Sprigs? Just dab on some Shimmery Embossing Paste – coming in the Occasion Catalog!)

Cookie Tin Wrap
These foil containers cost $1 for a set of 3 at our local Dollar Store. What an easy way to gift those homemade (or bakery purchased) goodies!
Since I don’t bake … this is what I put inside the one I made.
Tim made the one with the tag “its whats inside that counts” – and, of course, his will be filled with his cookies! (And – if you watched our Facebook Live below – the tree did stick on with glue dots – just not for him – lol!)
Just trace the circle top that comes with the containers on DSP of your choice and cut out. Lay your piece on top of the other and close it up. Add a gift tag – how quick & easy is that?
If you bake cookies with your kids – they would have fun with this idea – decorating them however they wanted! A great family gift to make and give.

A Box on a Card
For those tiny gifts – or for memorable table setting accents, how about this cute little box?
The Clear Tiny Treat Boxes fit right into this card.
To make the card, score an 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ sheet of Real Red Card Stock in half and fold. Lay a 2″ square piece of paper on top like the photo shows and trace around it with a pencil. These are your cutting lines. (You can erase any pencil marks afterwards.)
To make the card more stable, cut a piece of 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″ piece of Real Red Card Stock and score and fold like this photo shows. Add Tear ‘N Tape along the sides and attach under the card.
